Prior to Aliaswire, he was the founder and CEO of Riskware Systems, a pioneer in enterprise financial risk management systems with clients in three continents and over 10 countries. He previously worked for Credit Suisse First Boston and Bankers Trust, now Deutsche Bank, in derivatives trading capacity. Prior to attending business school he worked for AT&T Bell Laboratories as a member of the technical staff. He holds 7 issued US patents, 5 international patents and additional 10 pending payment related patents. Hoss holds an MBA from Sloan School of Management and Master of Science in Technology and Policy from the School of Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Boston University.
Scott Goldthwaite has over 20 years of experience in the payment processing industry. Prior to Aliaswire, Scott SVP of Operations at ROAM Data (now Ingenico Mobile Solutions) where he was responsible for many key operational areas, including Payments Security, Network Operations, Technical Support, Supply Chain, Intellectual Property and Information Technology. In prior payment industry roles, Scott was SVP of Product Management and Marketing at Planet Payment (NASDAQ PLPM), Vice President, Mobile Business Development at Hypercom (now VeriFone) and a founding member of WAY Systems (now VeriFone). Scott has authored several Patents in the field of mobile payments. Scott currently is the Chair for the Electronic Transaction Association (ETA) Technology Council and has been awarded an ETA Star award. Scott holds a B.S. degree in Business and Engineering from Drexel University and a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University.

Nirmal Kumar has 17 years of experience working in Payments and Financial Services industry. Prior to joining Aliaswire in 2006, he worked for Oracle Financial Services Software and has deep expertise of working with major Banks and Payment Processors. He has completed reputed industry certifications such as The ETA Certified Payments Professional (ETA CPP) and The Certified Treasury Professional® (CTP). Nirmal earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree with distinction (Gold Medal) from Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT), Jaipur, India.

Peter Fondini has over 25 years of experience as a finance professional. Early in his career he worked for CPA firms and then progressed to Venture backed and Privately held companies. Prior to Aliaswire Peter was Corporate Controller North America for Mimecast, where he was in charge of all accounting and finance matters for North America. Peter was part of the team that assisted Mimecast in its IPO in November of 2015. Prior roles to Aliaswire include Controllerships at starts ups Invoke Solutions Inc, Blue Dolphin Group and Data Conversion Inc. Peter is also founder of several real estate entities owning and managing single family and multi-family property in central mass. Peter Holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Merrimack College.

Andy Waskey has 20 years experience in the financial services industry with positions held at both Card Issuers and Acquirers. Prior to joining Aliaswire, Andy has had positions with Electronic Bill Payment and Presentment companies as well as management positions with Global Payments and ChargeSmart(Verifone) and MBNA. Andy attended Stevenson University where he studied Business Information Systems and American History.
